Ingredients

1 ½ cups vanilla pudding (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup ripe bananas, sliced

1 package (8 oz) mini taco shells (soft or crispy)

1 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)

½ cup crushed vanilla wafers (plus extra for garnish)

¼ cup caramel sauce (optional)

¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

Prep the Pudding: If using store-bought pudding, allow it to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. If making homemade, prepare it according to your desired recipe and chill.

Prepare Taco Shells: If you prefer to warm the taco shells, gently heat them in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes or until just warmed through.

Assemble the Tacos: Take each taco shell and fill it with a spoonful of vanilla pudding.

Add Bananas: Layer several slices of ripe bananas over the pudding in each taco.

Top with Whipped Cream: Spoon whipped cream generously over the bananas in each shell.

Crush and Sprinkle: Sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers over the whipped cream for a crunch. You can also dust a pinch of ground cinnamon if desired.

Drizzle (Optional): If you're feeling indulgent, drizzle some caramel sauce over the assembled tacos for added sweetness.

Serve Immediately: Enjoy your delicious Banana Pudding Tacos as a fun dessert option!
