Ingredients

1 batch of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons minced garlic

1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle, roughly ½ inch thick.

Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt. Brush this mixture evenly over the surface of the dough.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the garlic oil mixture, followed by the grated Parmesan cheese.

Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, gently score the dough into sticks (don’t cut all the way through).

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the breadsticks are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before cutting them completely along the scored lines.

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
