2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)

1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped green onions or cilantro for garnish (optional)

Tortilla chips or veggies for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

      Prepare Baking Dish: Transfer the mixture into a greased 9-inch baking dish and spread it evenly.

        Bake the Dip: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and the top is lightly golden.
