1 cup cooked quinoa

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup cream of mushroom soup (store-bought or homemade)

½ cup milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

½ cup breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Steam the broccoli florets in a pot for about 3-5 minutes until they are vibrant and slightly tender. Drain and set aside.

      In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, steamed broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix thoroughly until everything is well incorporated.

        Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
