Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 cups uncooked pasta (such as rotini or penne)

1 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup frozen peas (optional)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Stir in the cooked pasta and optional frozen peas, mixing gently until the pasta is coated with the sauce.

Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter. Pour the chicken mixture into the dish and spread it evenly.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top of the casserole.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.
