Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, thinly sliced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup cream cheese, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, etc.)

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large tortilla wraps (flour or whole wheat)

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup green onions, sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

Optional: hot sauce for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken breasts with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken.

Cook the Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Make the Cheese Filling: In a separate bowl, blend the cream cheese with dried Italian herbs and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay out a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a layer of the cheese mixture in the center, leaving some space at the edges. Add a handful of fresh spinach leaves, some cooked chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, and a sprinkle of green onions.

Wrap it Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas.

Toast the Wraps (Optional): For extra flavor and texture, heat the skillet over medium heat again and toast the wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crisp.

Serve: Cut the wraps in half diagonally and serve warm. Drizzle with hot sauce if desired.
