2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons milk

Optional toppings: chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips, fresh fruit

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly with cooking spray.

    Prepare the Crescent Roll Base: Unroll the crescent roll dough and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Pinch the seams together to form one large rectangle, or you can create a round pizza shape by blending the edges where the triangles join.
