Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 cup lump crab meat, drained

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 green onions, finely chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley or cilantro), for garnish

Tortilla chips, wonton chips, or crackers, for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or spatula to blend until smooth and creamy.

Gently fold in the lump crab meat, ensuring you don’t break the chunks too small. Add in the chopped green onions, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well incorporated.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Top it off with shredded mozzarella cheese to create a delicious cheesy layer on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is lightly golden.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with fresh herbs for added color and flavor.

Serve warm with tortilla chips, wonton chips, or your favorite crackers for dipping.
