8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped (or ½ cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla chips, pita bread, or fresh veggies for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until creamy and well-blended.

      Stir in the grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella, followed by the chopped artichoke hearts and fresh spinach.

        Add the minced garlic, onion powder, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

          Transfer the mixture to a baking dish (an 8x8 inch dish works well) and spread it out evenly.

            Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is slightly golden.

              Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita bread, or your favorite fresh veggies.
