Ingredients

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 tablespoon butter, melted

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove from heat.

In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and half of the chopped parsley. Stir to combine.

Add the cooked shrimp into the cream mixture, mixing well to ensure all shrimp are coated.

Transfer the shrimp mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese over the top.

In a small bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs with the melted butter. Sprinkle them evenly over the cheese layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbling.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Garnish with the remaining chopped parsley before serving.
