1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup milk chocolate chips

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)

1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Optional: Chocolate syrup (for drizzling)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix mini marshmallows and chocolate chips together until well combined.

    Preheat the Oil: Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

      Assemble the Bombs: Take one biscuit from the package and flatten it slightly. Place about 1 tablespoon of the marshmallow-chocolate mixture in the center. Pinch the edges of the biscuit together to seal the filling inside. Ensure there are no gaps for the filling to escape.

        Roll in Crumbs: Gently roll the sealed biscuit ball in graham cracker crumbs until it's fully coated.

          Fry the Bombs: Carefully drop the prepared s'mores bombs into the hot oil, a few at a time. Fry for about 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown. Use a slotted spoon to transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.

            Dust with Sugar: Once they are slightly cool, dust the s'mores bombs with powdered sugar.

              Serve: Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired and serve warm. Enjoy your gooey, delicious treats!
