Ingredients

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)

1 cup crushed graham crackers

1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (such as Pillsbury Grands)

2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)

Powdered sugar (for garnish)

Optional: Chocolate syrup (for drizzling)

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips. Stir until well mixed.

Assemble the Bombs: Open the biscuit dough and separate into individual rounds. Flatten each round into a circle about 3 inches in diameter.

Fill the Dough: Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the marshmallow and chocolate mixture into the center of each biscuit round. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling to create a ball, pinching the seams securely.

Coat with Graham Crackers: Roll each filled dough ball in the crushed graham crackers until completely coated.

Heat the Oil: In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Bombs: Carefully place a few of the coated dough balls into the hot oil (do not overcrowd the pan). Fry for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown on all sides. Use a slotted spoon to remove them and drain on paper towels.

Serve: Once cooled slightly, dust with powdered sugar and, if desired, drizzle with chocolate syrup for extra indulgence. Serve warm and enjoy!
