Ingredients

2 cups biscuit mix

2/3 cup milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup melted butter

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Biscuit Dough: In a large bowl, combine the biscuit mix, garlic powder, dried oregano, and black pepper. Gradually stir in the milk until a soft dough forms.

Form the Biscuit Bombs: Dust your hands with a little biscuit mix (to prevent sticking). Take a small ball of dough (about the size of a golf ball), flatten it in your palm, and place a generous spoonful of mozzarella cheese in the center. Fold the dough around the cheese and pinch it to seal completely, ensuring no cheese is exposed. Repeat with the remaining dough.

Coat the Bombs: Once all the dough balls are formed, roll each one in melted butter, allowing any excess butter to drip off.

Bake: Place the cheese-filled dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Finish and Serve: Once baked, remove the biscuit bombs from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Drizzle with any remaining melted butter and sprinkle the tops with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
