Ingredients

4 cups of fresh green grapes, halved

4 cups of fresh red grapes, halved

1 cup of cream cheese, softened

1 cup of Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup of granulated sugar (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts (toasted for extra flavor)

1 cup of mini marshmallows (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Grapes: In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved green and red grapes. Gently toss them together to mix the colors and flavors evenly.

Make the Dressing: In a medium bowl, whip together the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Ensure there are no lumps and the mixture is well combined.

Combine: Pour the creamy dressing over the mixed grapes. Use a spatula to gently fold the dressing into the grapes until all are evenly coated.

Add Crunch: Fold in the toasted pecans or walnuts and mini marshmallows (if using) to the grape mixture, combining everything gently to maintain the grape's shape.

Chill: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and to serve it cold.

Serve: Before serving, give the salad a gentle stir, garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired, and enjoy this refreshing salad as a delightful side dish or a sweet treat!
