2 cups brewed hibiscus tea, cooled

1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped

1 ripe banana

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

½ cup coconut milk (or yogurt for creaminess)
