Ingredients

1.5 lbs pork tenderloin

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

2 green onions, finely sliced (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, olive oil, sesame oil, salt, pepper, and apple cider vinegar until well combined.

Marinate the Pork: Place the pork tenderloin in a large resealable bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Sear the Pork: Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the pork from the marinade (reserving the marinade for later), and sear the pork tenderloin for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Bake the Pork: Pour the reserved marinade over the seared pork and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145°F (63°C).

Rest the Pork: Once cooked, remove the skillet from the oven and let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. This helps keep it juicy.

Serve: Slice the pork tenderloin and drizzle with any remaining sauce from the skillet. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
