Ingredients

2 pounds Little Smokies sausages

1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

1/2 cup grape jelly

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice preference)

Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Sauce: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, grape jelly, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Stir until well blended and smooth.

Add to Instant Pot: Place the Little Smokies sausages into the Instant Pot. Pour the prepared sauce mixture over the sausages, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Seal and Cook: Close the Instant Pot lid and set the valve to the sealing position. Select the Manual or Pressure Cook setting and adjust the cooking time to 5 minutes on high pressure.

Release Pressure: Once the cooking cycle is complete, carefully perform a quick release of pressure by moving the valve to the venting position. Allow the steam to escape, then open the lid once the pressure has fully released.

Stir and Serve: Stir the Little Smokies in the sauce gently to coat them again. Transfer to a serving dish or keep them in the Instant Pot on the Keep Warm setting.

Garnish: Just before serving, sprinkle with chopped green onions for a fresh flavor and a pop of color.
