8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)

1/4 cup diced green onions

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy.

      Add the shredded cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese to the mixture, stirring until evenly combined.

        Mix in the diced jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

          Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

            In a separate bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs with olive oil. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of the cheese dip.

              Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and the top is golden brown.

                Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
