Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 lemon (zested and juiced)

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Make the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Marinate the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour half of the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for more flavor).

Prepare the Baking Tray: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with oil.

Bake the Salmon: Place the marinated salmon skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with the remaining marinade. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges and your choice of sides like roasted vegetables or rice.
