Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

8 mini burger buns

8 slices of cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded lettuce

1/4 cup pickles, sliced

1/4 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon mustard

1 tablespoon ketchup

1 teaspoon sweet pickle relish

Instructions

Prepare the Beef: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into 16 small patties (about 1 ounce each).

Cook the Patties: Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until well browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

Toast the Buns: While the patties are cooking, slice the mini burger buns in half and toast them lightly on the grill or in a separate skillet until golden brown.

Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, and sweet pickle relish to create a creamy sauce.

Assemble the Mini Big Macs: On the bottom half of each bun, spread a layer of the sauce, then add a cooked cheeseburger patty, a few slices of pickles, shredded lettuce, and a sprinkle of diced tomatoes. Top with the other half of the bun.

Serve: Arrange the mini burgers on a serving platter and serve with extra sauce on the side for dipping.
