½ cup high-quality extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

1 loaf of artisan bread (such as focaccia or ciabatta)

Instructions
 

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and lemon juice until well combined.

    Add the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme leaves, red pepper flakes, salt, and freshly cracked black pepper to the bowl. stir gently to combine all the flavors.

      Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Set aside to allow the flavors to meld while you prepare the bread.

        Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the artisan bread into thick slices.

          Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil. Optionally, sprinkle a little sea salt over the top.

            Bake the bread in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until warm and lightly crisped.

              Once the bread is ready, take it out of the oven and serve warm alongside the olive oil dip.
