Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)

1/4 cup diced green onions

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Tortilla chips or sliced baguette, for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar, and grated Parmesan cheese. Use a hand mixer or a spatula to blend until smooth and creamy.

Stir in the diced jalapeños, diced green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with extra diced green onions if desired.

Serve warm with tortilla chips or sliced baguette for dipping.
