4 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast

1 tsp salt

1 cup milk (warm, about 110°F)

1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

2 large eggs

1 cup cream cheese (softened)

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 cup fresh strawberries (diced)

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar

2-3 tbsp milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

Prepare the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy. Stir in melted butter and eggs. Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until a soft dough forms.

    Knead the Dough: Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place it in a greased bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

      Make the Filling: In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, diced strawberries, and vanilla extract until smooth. Set aside.

        Roll Out the Dough: Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangle (about 12x18 inches).
