4 large flour tortillas

1 cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

1/2 cup bell peppers, diced (any color)

1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup black olives, sliced (optional)

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Olive oil for brushing

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    Prepare the Tortillas: Lay the flour tortillas on a baking sheet, brushing lightly with olive oil on one side. This will help them crisp up.

      Add Pizza Sauce: Spread about 1/4 cup of pizza sauce evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges to create a crust.

        Layer the Cheese: Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce on each tortilla.

          Top with Toppings: Scatter your desired toppings on each pizza: pepperoni, bell peppers, red onion, and black olives. Make sure not to overload them!
